Amzul Virgin Coconut Oil(vco) is extracted from fresh coconut milk and is 100 percent natural. It is unrefined, unbleached and cold pressed. Unlike other coconut oil that is extracted through heat, vco does not possess that latik odour.
Dessicated Coconut Powder is the Coconut meat which has been shredded, chipped or powdered and then dried out. It is prepared by removing natural moisture in the coconut fruit.

Amzul journey began in 2015 when Ridhwan met Rafi at Dubai. The urge to do something for the home country especially the rural part of country resulted in launch of Amzul Foods. The reports of huge percentage of fruits and vegetables getting wasted before it reached the consumer made them to do something on that front which resulted in bringing out Vinegar from Coconut with the aim of increasing the returns for farmers and also to bring out a healthy natural product from local sources. To bring out the healthy alternative to unhealthy oily snacks available in the market resulted in import of modern machinery to produce fruits and vegetables fried at 50% lower oil content and fried at lower temperatures to retain the natural content of the fruits and vegetable. As the firm is situated at Kasaragod, which is famous for its coconut made Amzul to launch dehydrated product from coconut as snacks which is crispy and made without using oil. Cold pressed Virgin Coconut Oil and Desiccated Coconut Powder were also added to the Amzul product line.
Now Amzul is looking at providing warehouse facilities to agriculture produce to make sure that agriculture products reach the consumer in good quality and in a manner beneficial to both the farmer and consumer.
